Please settle this for me?
Is there a website that has a map that will show the actual pic of my house? I said NO but someone argued with me.

yes. It is a satellite picture, updated every so often. It is not a live feed (though I'm sure the government has that) but it is an "actual picture of my house." Actually, there so common now I think you can even get them on http://www.mapquest.com/ You just have to click on "areal view" or something like that.
So, someone is right. Sorry.

If you are talking about an actual live picture of your house, there is no website that would show it.
If you are talking about a satellite photo of your house from about two or three years ago, there is MSN Live Search, and Google Maps. You can actually download software for each of these sites for better functionality for the mapping software.
These sites also show your house, but not with very good resolution:
Many of the map sites have satellite maps now also, like Yahoo and Mapquest but are very low resolution.

Google Earth can do that. It's not a website, but it's a free download. It doesn't actually show a real-time image. It shows a composite satellite image that is updated every few months or so.

It depends on what you mean by "actual". If you mean, can it show you sitting in your front room watching television, then no. If you mean the top of your house from orbit, then yes... depending on where you live! Some secret military bases aren't publicly accesible.
