Who thinks JerryJones is stupid enough to hire Norv"worthless"Turner as his head coach?

The cowboy hired him before as O-coordinator before and he carryed Jimmy Johnson. The year before Jimmy came to the cowboy Herschel Walker had 1500 yard rushing. Jimmy came in changed the offense and herscell walker now is getting 20 yard a game and the cowboys only win 1 game. The next year Norv Turner comes in and turn the offense around. In fact the cowboys offense start to go down when turner left.

Second all of the Dallas head coaches answer to Jerry Jones including Jimmy Johnson. That is why Tom Laundry was fired because he would not obey Jerry. Jerry Jones has Always been GM and called the shots. People hate him but no team has won more Superbowl.

If Jimmy Johnson was such a great coach why did he not take Miami to the super bowl. Before he got fire he tried to get Norv Tuner to come work for him. Miami was a far better team than Dallas . Dallas was a 6-10 team he turned in to a 1-15 team The Dolphin were a superbowl contender acording to Jimmy Johnson and all they need was him to lead them. They fail to make the play-off his first year and had an overal record of 26-21. He had the greatest QB ever to play the game and the only thing he could think of to make the team better was to try to get rid of Dan Marino.

That would be like Tony Dungy trying to make the colts better by trading Payton Mannning.Jimmy Johnson had full contol of the Dolphins but he knew the fan was have wanted his head.

Then he had the nerver to blame Dan marino for them losing.

If Jimmy Jonson was not Jerry Jones friend he never who have gotten the job and that is why no one is offering him a job now.

The cowboy need a coach to clean up Parcell mess.

He started a job and quit before he was finished. They are not much better than when he first came there and now that he see that it will not be a cake walk to the Superbowl he quit. TO is not the reson that their defense looked bad this year. That defense scheme that percell used is dead and it died in the 90's with the evolution of the 300 lbs O-linmen.

Norv turner is not my first choice but he is not a bad choice.

uhhh norv isnt worthless thats for damn sure. he isnt a good head coach, and jones should know that. except jones is so ignorant he doesnt want to admit he was wrong thats why TO is still here instead of parcells and he is the reason the cowboys sucked after firing jimmie. as for norv he is a brilliant OC he really helped the 9ers. alex smith almost doubled his QB rating and frank gore is the nfcs best rusher. he is very creative and innovative and is one of the biggest reasons why the 9ers are turning things around.

Very stupid, if something, the colts might particularly earnings from a guy like mike shanahan. are you able to think of those 2 offensive minds working jointly like that? that should be frightening for something of the league. Norv Turner is definitely no longer the respond although.

I think the stupidity is in keeping TO on the team. That alone makes it difficult to find a quality coach. But since he was stupid enough to sign the egomaniac, then it follows that he would be stupid enough to hire NT.
