How does one apply for running for the Presidency through the Exploratory Commitee?

How does one run for presidency? I heard it is free. DOes anyone know the links to the websites or the address to apply for it?

    It's not Free at all. It costs nearly a million nowadays, though that's usually covered through donations. And you have to accually form your committee- as in, you have to pick the people and hire them. if you can do that, contact the FEC for info on paperwork.
