My Dell 720 Photo printer is not printing properly...?
My printer is not printing in blue and yellow ink. It prints in red and black fine. I have cleaned the nozzles, checked the website, checked the manual and the troubleshooting section in the printers setup section on the computer. I can't find anything that would tell me what to do about this. Is the problem with the printer or the ink cartaridge? Anybody know?

Odds are its the print cartridge.
If you have only tried the printhead cleaning program you can try to physically clean the printhead using the instructions from the site below in the sources section.
If it won't print after a physical cleaning its likely the printhead is clogged to the point it won't clear (see this in Epsons waaaay too often) or a damaged printhead. Just replace the cartridge......
**Note the link below is from Lexmark. They are the actual manufacture of the Dell injet printers. Dell just had their name put on it and changed the top of the cartridge so you couldn't use the Lexmark ones....

Do you refill your ink cartridges yourself? If so you may not have let the sponge soak up enough of the ink or let it set long enough. If not you may want to look into buying a "refill" kit if available for your cartridge so you can refill those colors.

you need to:
a. refill your colour cartridge
or
b. get a new colour cartridge (more likely by now because if you have been trying to print anyway, the cart is likely damaged now)
sorry :(
Source(s): i re-fill cartridges.
