yes... I used to watch them when i was 13/14 (27 now) and saw Carry On Camping again a few months ago, hadn't realised how dirty some of the jokes were.
Don't have a favourite but some are really poor.

They were great for the time! And the best has to be Carry on Camping!
I also loved to watch Liverbirds, Are You Being Served, Bless This House, Love Thy Neighbour, On The Buses, The Likely Lads and Some Mothers Do Have Em!
What amazing times they were!!! With all the channels these days - the programmes might be repeated - but the experience never can be!
Thanks for the feel-great question!

Definitely Up The Khyber for the dinner party scene alone.
That scene stands up as one of the Great British Comedy Moments.

Hate them so much. The double entendres which weren't even funny. The hints at nudity without enough to make it interesting. The obviously gay guys lusting after women. The whole scripts were terrible. I even hated the one with Rick Mayall in it - Carry on Columbus - and I love him.

They are okay but I prefer the Laurel & Hardy, the Marx Bros, and Charlie Chaplin for my classic comedy.
I think the one with William Hartnell (Carry On Sergeant) was the best because it reminds me of Doctor Who a little bit with having him in it.
