    And God said to Noah...

“And of every living thing of all flesh, you shall bring two of every kind into the ark, to keep them alive with you; they shall be male and female."

    You be the judge.

The rule against beginning a sentence with a conjunction like "and" is an old and pervasive one, and most people remember having been taught it in grade school. But very few usage writers of today have recommended avoiding the practice; most seem to think that it's fine, for effect, as long as it's not overdone.

It depends on the context of the sentence. Does it logically flow on from the previous sentence? If you are just learning the rules of English grammar, it is better to err on the side of formality and not start your sentences with conjunctions.

The word "and" is a conjunction. However, "therefore" is also, by definition a conjunction. By using "and" at the beginning of your sentences, it will make your sentence sound more conversational. You must be careful with this, though, because using "and" to begin a sentence lends itself to sentence fragments that are a huge grammatical mistake.

in case you may desire to apply this abomination of a notice, relatively the I, simply by fact the 1st man or woman singular pronoun, could be capitalised anyplace it appears that evidently for the duration of a sentence. ima seems extraordinary. yet using lexical strictness to a sloppy slang notice might desire to be a lost reason besides. do no longer assume I shall ever use it myself, yet I accept as true with you approximately slang words gaining respectability over the years. Like innit - yet another terrible notice that I in basic terms use sarcastically (so as this is high-quality then).it relatively is rather functional, and French and German already have a single expression - n'est-ce pas and nicht wahr - for all the isn't it, are you, might we, could no longer it relatively is, ought they to have .. and so on expressions. That one will benefit forex i'm specific, so Ima might desire to do as nicely. as long as you SPELL IT WITH A CAPITAL I.

In prescriptive Academic American English, no. "And" is a conjunction, so in needs to join 2 ideas. However, if you are writing a less formal essay, writing creatively, or if you are speaking it is fine.

No, try to avoid doing this. Use better ones like then, next, thereafter, therefore, once in a blue moon, nonetheless,Out of____,etc.

No, not really. The word "and" joins together two statements.
