all h1 visa stamping sites says that u need ur recent pay slips as well as an important document wen u go for stamping,but wat if ur working on a contract basis and there is a gap of 15-20 days after each job, will that pay slips work, will offer letter do or u need payslips, how many consucutive pay slips u need, plz dont answer u need a lawyer, pleaze help

It seems like your most recent pay slip and a letter of intent to rehire you on a specific date would suffice, though I'm not an expert.
In the states, the way you justify your continued visa approval is through your sponsor, in this case your employer, your employer would need to provide evidence of continued intent to sponsor, and that seems to be done through paychecks. When your payments stop, a letter of intent seems to do the same thing.
