Wich of these senteces is more correct in english?

    The html, as generated, is completely functional although improvements in the coding are necessary.

    They both sound OK...... I'm not sure how "technical" what you're writing is.

    If you say fully functional it means there is nothing wrong with it.

    fully means 100% .

    if you want you can say:

    The generated html functions well but is not perfectly coded.

    Based on other programming languages HTML is cumbersome, incomplete, and a terrible language to work with.

    OR

    HTML as a programming language would have been laughed at if it was included with the TI-99/4A, Commodore 64, or IBM PC Jr. One giant leap for mankind… Unfortunately, backwards!
