If she is pregnant you will begin to see nipple development and her abdomen will swell.
If she is being overly affectionate she could also be in heat.
If she is pregnant then you should start to feed her a good quality kitten dry food and get her checked out by a vet as she needs regular worming while pregant and after.

if your cat is very lazy and is getting fat and is very lazy in doing work even in eating then you can get your cat to grow a baby kitten. These symptoms should all be in your kitten or if one of them is not then your cat needs to do some exercise and running and a balanced diet. Consult a balanced diet with a physician.

if you didn't want her to breed, then you should have had her fixed. after she has the kittens, find them a good home, and please spay her. it helps her, health-wise, to lead a long and happy life. it sounds like she might be pregnant. take her to the vet, and make sure everything is going well. if she isn't pregnant, then make sure you aren't over-feeding her. if she is, she might need more food. as the vet.

well, if you have not spayed her and let her roam freely outside then it is likely she is pregnant. If she is not pregnant, get her spayed or she will be pregnant SOON.
