Can anyone give me any pointers on how to shoot a fasion show?
I will be shooting my first fashion show in two weeks and need some pointers. I will be using a medium zoom f/2.8 lens on a Canon D20. I have a speed lite as well.

Yes - don't do it. If you have to ask that question you aren't even close to the point where you can successfully do this. Glamour photography uses a lot of lighting to remove shadows and produce high-definition images. (high def is not the same as high quality).
Bulbs on both sides of the catwalk go off to ensure that the faces have enough light to glare out any flaws or blemishes.
