What's so wrong with coming from a monkey(like) ancestor?

I love monkeys so much

my dream would be to visit the mountain gorillas

heck i find it a compliment that we share DNA

You might think am joking with this one.

But theres a verse in the Quran that says the first monkeys were mutations from humans.

Ofcourse the quran also says this was done as a punishment.

But its kind of eerie when I consider how they were both the same creature before.

Only that one must admit a common ancestor with President Bush.

Thinking you came from dirt is far worse and more degrading than being descended from a ancient living creature.

you know something the more i look at people the more they look like monkeys and gorillas and apes and animals anyway religious people find it insulting and that it contradicts with their religious beliefs

They think they are more good-looking, intelligent, and....blah, so monkeys as stupid creatures with no souls can't evolve to be any smarter! (or, good looking)

ive seen people that look like monkeys.... *shrug*
