Since the President is Commander in Chief of the military, are the Pelosinans illegally trying to run the war?

If they can trick the president into believeing they have the authority, then if he gives it up that's his ignorance. I don't believe the congress has done any wrong as legal terms go. The president, in my opinon needs to continue with the knowledge he is the Commander and Chief, and go through with his plans and do the same as Reagan would do and ignore these arrogant, jokers.

The President may be Commander in Chief, but he is not a king or an emperor, therefore, he is accountable to the people of the U.S. and their representatives in the government, i.e. Congress.

You seem to have no clue on how the US government works. The Congress is a check on the power of the executive branch. If the congress wanted to, they could end all funding of the war and it would be legal.

each branch of the government is equal, so one branch doesn't get out of control. since the republicans have had control of all three, they have been able to do whatever they want, but now that the dems have control, common sense once again is back in the congress.
