I have a problem with my concentration at work. How can you stay awake and not loose my job?
I try to get as much sleep as I possibly can, but usually, around midday, I always get so sleepy and have no energy left.
I saw this article about a study that was done, and I think that they are right.

Do not eat a large meal at lunch. Eat light at lunch. When your stomach is full, your endorphines kick in a different mode and your body becomes content.
Eat light at lunch. And uhmmm.... keep a RED BULL handy. RED BULL gives you wings!

One, try red bull. If that doesn't work you should go to the doctor. My mom was always exhausted and she had a thyroid problem. Im NOT saying that is the case with you because it could be a lot of things. It could be that you are not getting the right nutrition or are lacking in a certain vitamin. Either way you should probably just go to the doctor and tell them. They can run blood tests on you and rule out anything medical. Good luck.

Get enough sleep on a regular basis, and eat a nutritional breakfast. Although i don't ALWAYS feel like eating this, i recommend porridge oats (about 3 spoonfuls), mixed with yogurt and a little milk, then add a chopped banana. Follow with a glass of juice preferable tomato juice a small one will do.
This is VERY filling and SO full of nutrients it sets u up for the day and gives you lots of energy. Its not as fattening as toast either!
A personal trainer gave me this recipe and he swore by it. I love it too but i must admit i occasionally twitch to toast !!
This might help you with your concentration and energy levels!

drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. water gives you energy and helps make you focused. also excersize evryday for a while like less than 30 minutes would be great!
