    Absolutely. It does not matter that the wrecks were behind them. They have done it before. They violate their own rules. How can anyone respect them anymore (Nascar). Wonder why they did away with most of the short track racing? Not enough room to sell 200,000 tickets. NASCAR has become so commercialized. It's not about fairness or right and wrong, it's money. They do not care about loyalty, fans or otherwise

    YES!!! The reason they made the rule (of throwing the yellow immediately) was to stop people from racing to the line. Most of the cars on the track were in fact behind the wreck. Cars were still wrecking way after Harvick and Martin crossed the line. NASCAR didn't want to throw a caution so they could have a great finish, but is it worth the possibility of more drivers getting hurt? B.S.

    Well some might say that it wasnt affecting the drivers as it was behind them and it was the last lap and they were almost to the checkered anyhow, and then some will say thats what they should have done as the wreck started and they should have but if they had of thrown it no telling who would have won as Harvick was catching up to Martin way before the wreck started and Harvick might of been ahead when the wreck started and we don't know exactly what would of happened.

    Yes. The rules state that they must throw the caution unless they get out of the way of the other drivers. They cant change the fact now and the points dont matter to Martin anyways but they should have called the caution.

    Normally the flag would have been thrown.But some genius in the NASCAR figured that the wreck was behind the leaders so let them race.

    But for me it is simple;

    Kevin Harvick driving for Childress racing.

    6 years ago today(Feb 18) Dale Earnhardt Senior died at Daytona.

    Earnhardt drove for Childress.

    Logic who the winner is.

    There is no justice!! They should have thrown the caution flag and MARK MARTIN should have won!!! 23 years he has been trying for the win. Any other time NASCAR would had thrown the caution as soon as there is a crash. . .could they not see the crashing??? WHY NOT NOW ? ? ? WHAT IS THE DEAL ? ? ?

    How could they not?! Every other wreck you see on replays as soon as the wreck starts the caution lights go on and the flag waves. NASCAR really dropped the ball on this one.

    well, i've never been a big harvick fan since taking over for the intimidator (tough act to follow though) and i wanted martin to win in a bad way but the wreck was definitely behind them and harvick deserves the victory. how about how classy martin is in his loss though? d**n, it's tough to see a great guy like martin continue to come up short at dayton and in the championship standings.

    No, the motor vehicle that led to the warning grow to be close to the initiating end line and NASCAR grow to be attempting to grant the followers an exciting end hoping that the motor vehicle would be clean earlier the leaders made it lower back to him. If that automobile would have been "Out of how", i dont think of they might have even thrown the warning.

    yes, once again a veteren was robbed...I dunno about you but I started watchin Nascar in the 70s/80s and I don't enjoy this new guys much I would have like to seen a good guy win one in his last year.( I am even 33 , not and old person) I think Monday morning will be bad for Nascar s president.
