My fiance is 15 weeks pregnant and has been having a brown discharge for 10 days now. Last night there was a piece of what looks like a small stringy, mucousy blood clot. She said that it smelled also. Her doctor says it was a yeast infection and prescribed her antibiotics. Also, her doctor keeps acting like it's not important and seems to be putting her off. We did have an ultrasound and the baby looks fine. He moves around like crazy! Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.

I have a debt due to me being disabled for the past 6 months. My girlfriend was served papers for me this morning. Is it legally binding if she accepted the papers while I wasn't there? We are not married, but we do live together. I made payments to the collection agency when they told me to, (on the phone) but they still took it to court. I have receipts.
