Does anyone know a word in the English language whose singular form contains none of the same letters of the?

plural form? The puzzle was on Car Talk today.

Update:

'I' and 'we' are truly plural, because 'we' is not more than one 'I's. I just found the correct answer. It is 'Kine' and 'Cow.' (He said it was in Lord of the Rings.)
