I dont trust the objectivity of Yahoo Answers anymore\ why?

I was also thinking the same, because it seems that racist attitudes such as the crazy boys Jean and Spartan are more accepted and tolerated than Muslims' attitudes.

Jean has been delated several times, but he creates always new accounts, he's like a dog , always coming back again and again !!

When a Turk or an Arab says something, his words might be delated very fastly. But when a Christian, American or European, says something, it takes much more time.

As you know, in America there are some lobbies, very powerfull lobbies, and Yahoo is an american company.

Maybe the armenian lobby is doing pressures, everything is possible when a ethnic communauty has money and congressmen ...

Their are people that use Yahoo Answers correctly and their are people that abuse it i.e Jean and Spartan as you mentioned above.

When putting a report in make sure you address your main concern and give them enough reason to remove the question and give the person a violation email. Its worked for me many times. Im not sure whats gone wrong in your case though - it could be one-sided.. Who really knows?

All we have to do is keep doing what we're doing and hope that eventually action is taken out on these low-lifes.

Yahoo answers is never (and has never claimed to be) an objective website with the promise of providing correct and valid responses to questions.

This website is mainly for having fun and probably for acquiring trival info.

At one point these guys are right: They don't have to agree with you and Yahoo staff do their best to handle the complaints when some harrassment occurs.

This is just another reflection of reality in the cyber space.

As a Turkish person I too detest to see some people hate my nation and my ancestors.

But it IS a fact that these people do exist. THEY exist and hate us Turks. They come up to express their hate and anger- they are right or not, this is not the issue for the time being.

So I believe we'd rather get used to the idea that some bad people exist in the world and we must stop thinking that Yahoo Answers is more than just a website. You can't expect objectivity or whatsoever in here.

Why do you expect objectivity on an Internet forum?

If you can't take it and it is so distressing maybe you need to lay off the forums until you regain your composure.

Yeah, I'm for Melisa, it's not about yahoo answers or anything, let them speak, not everyone is good or always on your side sharing your thoughts..I believe the less attention we give to them, the less they'll bother us..it's this much simple..the key of peace in the world and in the mind is tolerance

Come on guys..This has nothing to do with objectivity...We can all share our opinion here,whether someone likes it or not..

Swearing is a bad thing though.If someone swears,trying to convince for his opinion,he might lose his "justice",his being right.

I don't have a problem with that though, yahoo has rules and I broke them by calling turks chicken***ers. I respect the rules since I'm in the game.

Why all you complain and sending me emails to stop ? In democracy everybody can speak free. But what do you know about democracy, you are from turkey....

PS1. I wanna ask from all the turks that keep sending me emails that they will "hack me with viruses" to continue, they are really funny.
