We greens are progressive, although the terms liberal and progressive are often used interchangeably. So, yes. But we have some very different ideas from the democrats, who are also considered liberal.

This depends a bit on what you are asking...
If you mean "can you be a member of two parties, a Liberal and a Green party?", then probably no. In Canada, when you join the Green Party, you must sign a statement which says that you are not a member of any other party.
If you mean "can you have Liberal ideals and still be accepted as a Green Party member," then probably yes. The Green Party is a grassroots party, which means that it accepts people from all walks of life, and recognizes the diversity of ideas that exist within a nation. However, some of the stereotypical political agendas that exist for "liberal" parties may be at odds with the Green Party platforms. So it kind of depends on which of your liberal ideas you are taking with you as to whether or not you would find yourself in conflict with the party. In some ways, Greens can be more conseravative than you might expect. Do some research.

Liberal is not a party, liberal is a philosophy! So you can be liberal and a part of the green party. I would say that in some ways, the green party could be considered more liberal than democrats, who are not ALL liberal. Most democrats are probably liberal, but not ALL of them, and many liberals consider themselves independent!!!!

Good thinking. On a political chart if they sit directly next to one another on either side then yes maybe they can blend or share some interest.
