Nothing. After years of marriage I have come to realized guys will do this regardless how much sex you have with them... even if he had touched you he'd be doing it. It has nothing to do with you personally.
Now as far as why you two haven't *** in the last month - that could be because you are hormonal OR (and this one is popular) he is scare to hurt you or the baby. No matter how much we tell them it's okay, when you get bigger men tend to think they will do some sort of harm, and most won't admit their fear.
If I were you I would let the porn issue go, and see if you can coax him into a romp by picking a position that makes you seem secure... like spooning.
