    well one way to start losing weight is to start changing your eating habits. If you eat out most of the time and you usually order fried food, get things grilled. Also along the lines of eating right, cut back on junk food and replace it with fruits and veggies. you can have have snacks and still eat healthy. Another tip is to exercise, but find something you enjoy like swimming, aerobics, etc.

  • Burn more calories than you eat.

    Cut your fat intake.

    Eat three cups of fat free low cal yogurt a day (make sure it has live cultures in it) and pineapples. This helps you break down your food and promotes weight loss..

    Do 45-60 min. of aerobic exercise a day (preferably before you eat in the morning). This will attack the fat. Try to supplement your training with some running, running stairs or hills, and cycling. Mix it up, it will keep your body guessing.

    Do 30 min of weight training three times a week. This will build lean muscle which will in turn burn fat.

    Keep moving all the time. Tap you feet while at the computer, tap you hands on your legs while walking. Keep moving and keep burning calories.

    I lost 40 lbs in two months and have kept it off for eight more months doing this. I did not lose any strength and gained more energy. I also took my body fat % from 30% to 12% and my waist from 36 inches to 31 inches.

    Well, make your plates smaller of food. But not so small you want to snack all the time. Replace snack cravings with water. It fills you up.

    To aid this, quite simply move yer buttocks! :P If you want to go somewhere and you are not particularly rushed for time, walk it. Of course don't walk a flippping marathon! If it takes half hour or less then its good. Go on random walks with someone after a meal or something too. Sounds simple but it works :).

    Salads with light dressing Grilled chicked rice and eggs!

    Heavy exercise and eat healthy snacks once mid morning before lunch and one before supper do not eat after 7:00

    Exercise and diet. What I like to do is load my plate up with more veggies and a smaller meat portion.

    eat fruits grains nuts and vegetables,..get off of soda completely,..back off of bread,..plenty of water.
