in an atlas you get the "dictionary definition" of thing. When you come on here you get answers from real people that have real experiences. Also you cant find beuty or b/f g/f tips in an atlas

because usually the Atlas does not provide the information the person is looking for.

Maybe they don't know what an atlas is..they are under the mistaken assumption that it gives definitions.

just answer and get the points man
and anyway, some atlases aren't so clear....what's the capital of the netherlands? or south africa? some countries have two capitals or have changed and atlases may be out of date.....i understand your question and maybe your frustration...but just answer the questions and get the easy points man!

some people like me don't like to read books to find answers when the answer can just be given to you.
