Starting to get nervous!?

lol...I do this every time, too. Then I yell at my artist that I am getting too old for this tattoo crap (I am only 27, so he just rolls his eyes and ignores me), then I go home, and start planning my next ink session.....I am sick.

And if the amount of ink that you have makes you a sinner and low class, then I would hate to think of what the rest of us tattooaholics are......

I'm nervous right along with you, but its an excited kind of nervous, the kind you get right before you bungee jump or ride your motorcycle through the twisties ....... but my daughter is right....we should have plenty of pics to post in the group come Monday the 26th..... I'll be thinking good thoughts your way on the 23rd Kristina.

I know the feeling you get before getting a tat. BELIEVE ME. I have found the best way to get over that is to arrive early at the tattoo shop and get comfortable with hearing the gun and just let your nerves calm down. It helps me alot hopefully it will do the same for you.

I think of it as the completion of the work you've had done, not just for you but for your daughter. "Life is incomplete" my artist says; this is just a step to rectify it.

Anyone you know who could come along? I suppose the regulars could converge & overrun the shop. There are enough of us in the local area to make a lot of noise. :)

I'm also fairly jealous. The main reason I have no visits in March on my work in progress is that I had to pass on the one day Teresa is free (March 17). My gf & her troupe are performing that day. I want to be there to support her.

We're both sacrificing (after a fashion, since I want to see Lisa perform & you want the work done) for ones we love. You're the lucky one who's getting ink out of it. :)

I'm excited to see what you do with it, I've seen yours so now I can't wait to see the addition. At least you know what you want, I had my heart set on one thing now I've compleatlly changed my mind and I go on the 12th, but that's just me I'm the most indecisive person in the world. I'm taking my best friend and she's getting another one with me, she just got one three weeks ago, she's really addicted. Good luck, can't wait to see it :)

i get nervous too when i'm getting ready to get tatted. i get the butterflies in my stomach and all that good stuff, but it's so worth it at the end. and i definitely drag someone with me, i won't do it by myself. it's good to have someone with you to keep your mind off it while it's happening.

i always get like that a few hours before i get one, but then i tell myself right when he takes the needle off you wont feel it anymore, and i always have fun when im getting one cause the guys in the shop are so funny.

awwwwwww....im getting my first this Thursday!!! Im kinda nervous too honey..but I know we will do just fine, Im so excited , more excited cause it's my first!! So I think your gonna do just fine, IM taking a buddy along too..haha....take care!
