What's more dangerous to freedom, justice, and the American way?

Let's say, hypothetically speaking, you have two different officials in the executive branch.

One lies under oath about receiving oral pleasure in the Oval Office.

The other lies under oath about conspiring to commit a treasonous act.

Which one is more threatening to freedom? How or why?

Update:

Valet: Who are you to tell me what is and what isn't hypothetical in *my* question? What you read into it is your own business...

Also: A proven liar is hardly dangerous. You never have to believe him again. A liar who hides in the shadows and gets away with it is far more dangerous.

The second choice (and the one this administration is implicated in) is more detrimental to our nation; the first situation represents a human flaw or error that has mostly a personal consequence while the next act is a violation and betrayal of ones country and gives great threat to our nation as a whole (and this terrible deed was once punishable by death.)

The only hypothetical in this question is the second choice. So I'd have to vote for the first. The first is a proven fact. The second is just a demented version of your own reality. The proven liar is always more dangerous than the other.

Obviously, the second. But the irrational neocons will answer differently.

definately the second one because it can cause harmful to the country and the people itself expose to danger.

Wait a second, you mean an adulterous affair with an employee is 'oral pleasure'? Right....

Clinton was more of a threat because he couldn't keep his dick in his pants long enough to fight those attacking us.
