How to stop LEDs from changing on the front of my PC case?!?

Question

Ive got a DYNAPOWER USA 86B2 PC case that I built up a few years ago. The only thing that gripes me about it is the front LED/Neon light bars. It has 2 vertical bars on the left and right side on the front panel. On both abrs at the top, the light stays blue. But on the bottom, the colors constantly change. but they change at different rates!! Is there anyway to make them stay the same color, or is there somewhere that I can get replacement light bars without buying a new case?

EDIT: Thanx for the quick response netizenz. There is a switch on the front panel, but I would like to try and keep them on if I could figure out how to make them all one color. From the looks of it its something actually inside the light bar itself that changes the colors :(

I could be wrong here but,  the changing lights could be signaling voltage variation from the power supply.  I am  not sure I do not have a whole lot of experience with this.  Which should be somewhat normal.  There is always some variation in the power lines although not enough to due any damage to the system. +/- .02 volts is very common.

Hello,

Normally these type of lights comes with casing. It can be turnes off.
Their wires comes directly from power supply, or some take advantage of the motherboard. the only way is to cut those wires coming from power supply. 
if it is from motherboard, you can simply unplug the wire. But it is not the case in many casing.
