To answer the question posed, most of them.
To answer the question I think you meant, which was WHY not WHAT ..... to stop people staring at them so much, their eyes tend to either be fixed in one position or wander at random, and this can be off putting to some people.
Some also have very strange looking eyes because of the cause of their blindness

sometimes when you go blind, your eyes (including the white part) turns a light blue. i guess they wear the glasses so other people dont have to see it.
