what the future of superboy and superboy prime?
I understand that the owner of superboy wanted his share of the profits. so the writers of superboy killed him off when he fought superboy prime. great battle by the way, my question when the young justice or older version teen titans went to the future the meet a newer version of team.were they all took tere mentor place.does this change since he does he never takes superman spot.

It does change for a few reasons. One, at this time, those events are no longer on the path because the events that lead to the titans of tomorrow storyline may no longer have happened, since the events of Infinite Crisis changed the history. Superman, Batman, and Wonderwoman all should have fallen in the Crisis, but thanks to the help of Superman of Earth-2, they were able to stop the evil, and thus changed the course of the future.
As for Superboy, he could be back, and just change his name from Superboy (which he was at the end of his career seldom using) and go by Kon-El or Conner more often. Or, for that matter he could take on a different name all together.
It might take a while, but chances are that he might come back (Supergirl finally did after almost 20 years of being away as the cousin of Superman from Krypton).
I know they have said that his soul moved on, but very few comic characters truely stay dead (Superman, Guy Gardner, Green Arrow, etc.), so we may still see him again someday. Heck, Booster Gold was pulled from the time stream, nothing saying that Connor could not have the same fate?
As for Superboy Prime, right now he is being held by the Green Lantern Corps. I am betting at some point he might get free, since he is on power level with Superman Pre-Crisis (moving planets and what-not).
Maybe he will be back during Countdown?
Hard to say, but hopefully they will not forget about him for another 20 plus years.

The future of Superboy is to die as a clone.
Superboy Prime will get lost in the time stream and join Darkseid.
