Since when did we become a nation of hate? Everybody hates everything.?

Although, I have strong opinions, I do not hate an one political party, politician, store keeper, pundit, news organization, pizza parlor, man, woman, child, exboyfriend, teacher etc......

I do have my dislikes but hate? Nah.

Do I want to cuss some of 'em out? Yes

But hate? Nah

Do I want to slap the fire out of some of them? Yes.

But hate? Nah

Because it is easier to hate than reason. Consider the points put forward here. They are either rational and thoughtful or hate filled. When was the last time you saw a question or answer that was hate filled and rational? Spewing hate covers up a lack of thought and a reasoned argument.

No one counted me, I still love Old Glory, no matter who bashes her, this is the country where I was born and I fly the American flag at full mast. The only reason as a republican I dont understand a lot of liberal thinkers is that they seem to hate their country, they think we are terrorists and that we should kill everyone in the whitehouse.

To them I say we must be doing something right because more people want in than want out, and thats more than most countries can say.

  • Hate and anger are wasted emotions. We need to get tough and enforce our laws and ensure that everyone is treated equally within the law. That's not hate, that's justice. A nation without laws and proper enforcement of its laws is a lawless nation and will have chaos and crime.

There nothing inherently wrong with "hate". You should hate evil, and evil acts.

But, there is no good and no evil, or at least that's what the speech police would have you say. Yet, people see evil done all the time.

So, people are confused and they vent.

Strong beliefs lead to stronger emotions.

The soul of our nation is on the line, and we all have to stand up for what is right, before we loose the freedoms we have fought for!

Hate is a strong word. I believe everyone has become less tolerant of each other's behaviors. Music is too loud, driving too fast, smoking, etc. etc.

Since people became hard headed and stopped watching what they do. Whatever happened to treating people the way you want to be treated?

  • 1 decade ago

yes....that is true.hate is a very strong word, and people need 2 watch wat they say it about.but the pple in this world are selfish and greedy.they want everything everyone 2 themselves.they want 2 be right and they want it all 2 revolve around them.they dont care as long as there better or more powerful.and i think people need 2 get over themselves and quit hating everyone and everything that doesnt give them wat they want....or satisfy them.they shouldnt hate anything at all.
