Protect America Act passed the House and the Seante.

Is this constitutional?

I have a 2004 Monte Carlo. It has a low front end and it seems to catch all these small rocks with its' hood. The rest of the car is in excellent condition. Am I going to have to paint the entire hood? Will spot painting work? In addition to leaving a small scar, they seem to leave a little rough spot.

The media seems to think it's because of his pro-Iraq stance.

Is it because of Iraq? Every Republican candidate with the exception of Ron Paul supports the war, or is it because McCain was on the wrong side of the immigration bill?

Pete Sessions of Alabama and Jim DeMint of South Carolina remarked on the Senate floor that the sergeant-at-arms' office told them that the volume of calls leading up to the immigration vote was so high it had crashed the phone system, and no one was able to get through during morning debate.

Bush wants us to cut the amount of gas we use. The best way to stop using so much gas is to deport 11 million illegal imigrants!

That would be 11 million less people using our gas. The price of gas would come down.

Bring our troops home from Iraq to guard the border. When they catch an illegal immigrant crossing the border, hand him a canteen, rifle and some ammo and ship him to Iraq . Tell him if he wants to come to America then he must serve a tour in the military. Give him a soldier's pay while he's there and tax him on it.

After his tour, he will be allowed to become a citizen since he defended this country.

He will also be registered to be taxed and be a legal patriot. This option will probably deter illegal immigration and provide a solution for the troops in Iraq and the aliens trying to make a better life for themselves.

If they refuse to serve ship them to Iraq anyway, without the canteen, rifle or ammo.

Problem solved.

The National tax rate is 18.4 cents per gallon. If Congress really wanted to help alleviate the price of gas for American consumers, especially lower income Americans, wouldn't it help if they suspended the tax? What about your state? The budget next year is for 2.9 trillion dollars and they still can't balance the budget.

Is Al Qaeda being emboldened by United States politicians publicly expressing their desire to withhold funds from are soldiers? Setting and publicly stating dates for withdrawl? Isn't it possible that Al Qaeda can continue a low level hit and miss attack strategy until the will of the American people is broken?
