Queasiness?
What are some of the things you did to ease nausea/quesiness when you were pregnant? I realize everyone is different, but I'm just looking for ideas to give my wife. So far, it's been mild, but she is only 5 weeks.

Have her munch on some crackers before getting out of bed in the morning. never let her stomach get empty. Always have a little something in it. It helped with me and my friends, but everyone is different.

i had all day sickness for the first 4 months of my pregnancy, i found that keeping something ihn my stomach constantly helped, ginger ale and ginger bread cookies helped- something in the ginger eases a sour stomach. also sprite helped a little (any clear carbonated non cafinated beverage) also- i found that eating whatever didn't make me feel sick to think about helped alot. It may seem weird but some greasy foods hamburgers or bacon helped my stomach- sometimes salad helped to though- jsut whatever makes her stomach feel better while thinking about it should help.
Congradulations and good luck

Drink gingerale, eat some crackers. Don't eat too much greasy foods that sometimes can make nausea worse. Drink lots of water.

I ate saltines, I also drank a non caffeinated tea for nausea. I think my hubby got it at a health food store. I can't remember the name of it though. I think it had ginger in it.

ginger ale, ginger snaps, crackers, small snacks throughout the day.
With my second pregnancy I had to where motion bands on my wrists (They are pressure point bands you wear on your wrists- non medicinal-they are marketed for motion sickness- you can buy them at most drug stores) to make it through the work day.
Good luck!
Congratulations!
