chances are slim to nothing hon. really it is the same with any boot camp type of facility...as long as those in charge go along with proper "procedure" and you follow your instructor as you are supposed to in boot and in the military period...you wont have any problems..even if you or them don't follow procedure..chances of death are very "tiny".
boot camp isn't like your in the war facing battle in Iraq dear. you should be more concerned about death AFTER bootcamp!

Very slim. Chances are if someone dies it is due to an unknown medical defect, not the training. The biggest risks might be a sprained ankle or something like that. Boot camps are very controlled even if it seems they aren't. I went through in '88 and it was hard but not lethal.

If you of the "Nintendo Generation", the risk of dying might be higher than you think in boot camp. If you show up to boot, out of shape and with severe ADD, you are going to have a hell of a time. Some kid drowned and died in the swimming pool during swimming training a few years back. You don't go to boot to eat cotton candy and ride the ferris wheel.

Slim to none. Death or serious injury to a recruit in training usually ends the drill instructors career. They teach you how to everything safely.

Not likely..If a soldier dies in Basic Training. Investigations will be conducted and someone will be relieved.

slim to none. The only recent deaths in boot camp have been from lighting strikes and heat stroke.

It is 0 percent in any bootcamp
IF you do what you are told, HOW you are told to do it, WHEN you are told to do it.
This means to LISTEN to your drill instructor!
