Viagra is a drug used to treat erectile dysfunction.

Viagra works in quite a complex way, but basically the tablets contain an ingredient known as sildenafil which is a phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitor (meaning it prevents this chemical from being active in the body for a short period of time).

In basic terms, this helps more blood enter the penis which results in a stronger erection, and a better time in the bedroom.

Some common side effects of the medication include headache, dizziness, blurred vision, flushing, nasal congestion and indigestion.

Before taking viagra, you should also make sure to read any instructions on the package and alter the dosage respectively.
