cooking oil in gas tank diesel truck?

can u put cooking oil in a diesel trucks gas tank if so what kind and how much. my truck is 1985 6.2L?????????

    Yes you can it doesnt really matter what kind

    Cooking oil will work if mixed with diesel. Pure cooking oil will work but only after it has been converted to something called bio-diesel. There are many sites you can look into to find out how to do it.

    as much as you wont they made diesel engines to run off cooking oil

    there are people who have modified thier deisel injection systems to run on old cooking oil.

    Problem your truck will smell like fish and chips cooking.
