5yr. old can't keep holes out of knees of jeans?Help!!?

I have a 5 year old that can't seem to quit getting holes in the knee of his right pant leg 1month after I buy them. I am not buying cheap jeans or the wrong size. I only buy him Levis. Could it be because I get him the straight leg? Help, what's a mother to do? I know holes are in but this is ridiculious.

There's really not much difference in jeans. I'd recommend buying him cheap jeans. Since he's 5 years old, no one will notice that he wears wal-mart jeans. My wal-mart clothes much of the time last me longer than my buckle, gap, american eagle, aeropostale clothes. Please stop spending so much money on jeans, they are all the same. You are wasting so much. Just patch them up and sew the patches in nice and tight, and wait until he stops playing so rough in his clothes before you start investing a lot into them.

Most kids are like this. When my daughter was between 5-7, pants didnt last a month. Put patches on the knees to cover the holes.

He is 5 boys play hard they are going to get holes. Try buying jeans that you are not worried about having to replace every couple of months. Also you may want to have different jeans for school or good and different ones for play. He is 5 and should be able to change his pants after school. Even talk to him say "These are good school pants and we want them to stay looking nice. When you want to go out and play we need to change into these other jeans." Then reinforce the play jeans so they last a little longer.

I know what you mean! I have twins-double the holes! I use patches and iron them on the inside of the knee and this works pretty good. One of the twins complained of the knees being hard to bend-after a few washes it seems okay. Also, Sears used to replace jeans if they got a hole-I don't know if they currently do this.

you can put patches on the knee right after you by them they sell iron on ones now -the reason I put em on before is his toes get stuck in the holes he made under the patch -this solution does not fix the problem just delays it - ihave a five year old also it is amazing to me also that he can do it .also nothing wrong with a no-name pant for a five year old he doesnt know the difference

He's 5, it's normal. Do yourself a favor and quit wasting your money buying Levis. Not only do they outgrow them to fast, but if he's going to keep getting holes in them, why bother with name brands??? A child his age has no hangups about name brands, only YOU do! Or buy the cheap jeans for him to play in and keep the Levis for when you go out!

Oh wow, i'm so sorry. in basic terms diarrhea on my own is extreme. doggies can get deathly dehydrated very quickly. The blood makes it an excellent greater dire undertaking. I accept as true with different responses in that it must be Parvo. if so, in the journey that your canine is to stay to tell the story it desires agressive scientific care quickly. indications of Parvo can comprise loss of urge for nutrients, lethargy, fever, vomiting, and profuse and often bloody diarrhea. loss of life happens in extreme situations, often as a results of dehydration, overwhelming an infection, or marvel. it is extremely real in youthful unprotected canines (extraordinarily doggies between weaning and 6 months of age), even nevertheless canines of any age can grow to be contaminated. particular breeds including Rottweiler and Doberman pinschers are at greater danger. Parvoviral enteritis is often suspected while bloody diarrhea happens in a canine. an undemanding try is attainable which could be finished rapidly and inexpensively at a veterinary well being midsection. thankfully, maximum canines get better with early scientific care. in certainty, if an animal can stay to tell the story the 1st 3-4 days of ailment, an entire restoration could be expected barring an unexpected issues.

I think Sears has a program, at least they did when my neice went through that phase. If you buy clothes there and your child wears them out before they outgrow the size, they replace them for free. It's a nice incentive for super-active kids like yours! Look into it.

keep them as play clothes. keep buying new pants and they're just going to get holes. He's a kid he's going to get dirty and get holes in his pants.
