What is the best over the counter medicine/ face wash for razor bumps?

I was thinking Neutrogena but I'm not sure and he used Noxzema and it didn't work. Any suggestions?

    Use aloe for aftershave. It will help healing and will soften the skin. Get it in a pump bottle.
