I need a title for an executive who is not an attorney but sounds like they have control of a co's legal dept.
Here is the situation: company wants to send a nastygram to a third party and they want to sound like they are a bigger company than they actually are. The want to sound like they have a legal department without actually having a legal department. They do not want to misrepresent that they are an attorney, but at the same time would not be too upset if the other party misinterpreted their position to believe that they actually are an attorney. The position does not necessarily have to be relating to a legal department but needs to show that it has a lot of clout and gives the impression that this is a bigger company than it actually is. Any ideas for a good title for this person?
There will be no misrepresentation. The person will be actually be given the title by the board. If the other side misinterprets and believes the company has more than it has, it's not clear how we can be faulted for their error.

Grand High Exalted Poobah , Corporate Headquarters
or some combination .
This could be constued as Fraud under some circumstances. Its a misreresentation.
If its a Gorrilagram though it should be an obvious joke .
