If there was one country in the world you could go to for free where would you go?

I'd go and live in Pakistan, see how they like it.

Italy is blessed with scenery and culture, but I guess the smart answer has to be USA because it seemed to me in three visits that being huge, it is more like a dozen countries, different in geography, climate, but above all culture and way of life.

The difference between the sophistication and 21st century feel of California, San Francisco and LA contrasts with the sweetly old-fashioned "cowboy", country and western feel of El Paso and Alberquerque in Texas and New Mexico.

I would love to experience the other areas I haven't visited to just see how everyone lives.

This is the essence of travel to me, but we don't often feel it going to our holiday resorts.

I remember that being in a Mexican beach resort can seem no different from being on the Costas of Spain!

Lesotho. It's in South Africa.

A place without cement and big buildings. No traffic to fight. A calm, peaceful place.

I couldnt just choose one. There are so many places I want to see and so many good places Id like to revisit.

I would decline the offer,as I wouldnt want to come back to where I am already.if it was a one way ticket it would have to be jamaica,

I would go to Australia , as i have never been and have good friend out there .
