go to UPS's website and you can calculate the exact cost there. It depends on where you are shipping it from. I recommend UPS always. I have had better results and faster shipping times with them.

Depends on how you ship it. A seven pound business mail package sent next day costs about $60 and won't arrive for 5 days. USPS is cheaper than Fed Ex, UPS and DHL. DHL charged $120 for a box of contacts lanses. Claiming it's business mail gets you a cheaper rate.
