I think one of the surprises this year will be David Clowney out of Virginia Tech. He was injured most of last season but he showed up at the combine and ran a 4.36. He has an enormous amount of potential. Look out for Clowney....

Well, when we are talking about the next "Marques Colston" we mean someone from a small school. Not someone from South Carolina, Florida, Virginia Tech, etc...
I think one could be Jacoby Jones from Lane. Jacoby is very quick and a great leaper. He is a vertical threat and stretches defenses. This guy is elusive and he can explode off catches. He could be a good return man.
Another candidate could be David Ball from New Hampshire. He doesn't have the athleticism or the speed of other wideouts. But he runs great routes and he's productive. He is consistent and he rarely drops a pass. He has had 3 1,000 yard seasons.

A "Marques Colston" does not come out every draft, or every 2 drafts, or even every 5 drafts. Colston was 1 in a million, he was an enigma, so we may not see another Colston for 10 more yrs or so.

Tough to really say since a player may look good in college but not have what it takes to excel in the NFL. Furthermore, they have to fit in with the right offense and have that same persistent attitude to handle the rigors of the NFL. With that said, I think one guy that potentially has it in him is:
Jason Hill of Washington State.
The guy is 6-1/204 pounds of pure skill and he ran an amazing 4.32 at the combine. I'm guessing he'll get drafted somewhere late 2nd/3rd round somewhere.

I still think Dallas Baker from Florida will be a very good pro.Maybe not a pro bowler but still a good player and he shouldn't go until the 3rd round.

Check out Sidney Rice out of South Carolina. You can check his combine profile at nfl.com. He's about 6'2" and he runs a 4.4 40. And he has unbelievable hands and coordination.
