The exact details allude me at the moment... I cannot remember issue numbers....
But she has taken apart complex machinery. She has also used these powers to destroy entire planets and civilizations.
It is a complex way of saying she can rearrange matter from one form to another, convert a substance from matter to energy or anything she can imagine.
I tore my description out of wikipedia... since it was very specific about what were Jean's innate powers and which ones were granted by her merging with the Phoenix force.
