We will be performing your Coming of Age Ceremony on your birthday.
Good grammatical web sites would be appreciated too.

I've tutored writing and while I can't give you any good website off hand my instinct is to say: "We will be performing your Coming of Age ceremony on your birthday." This is because "Coming of Age" is the name of a ceremony so it should be capitalized, but it doesn't look right to be that "Ceremony" should be capitalized.
