    Somebody is out there.They've snuck up on me three times.One lady floated by (no crap) ,someone (invisible) turned on a school water fountain.I sat and watched the handle turn on and off(chrome star type),and about 30 years later my deceased father snuck up on me at my house and scared the crap out of me.About 4:00 am when I was leaving for work.
