  • Are All Priests Seen as Perverts ?Or Are Some Genuine?

A selection of Priests have rightly received the media treatment they deserved. It seems, though, that they have tainted some Genuine Priestly Believers; Wether or not you believe in what these priests believe in, I have met Priests, "Brothers" and "Religious" who lived a life that was genuine. I was taught at HSC ( Higher School Certificate) by a Marist Brother who was humble, was known for his ethics, and when it came to his faith, stood his ground, explained what he believed, and said this is what I believe. He invited others to join in his faith, and to those who were interested, he explained.

A far cry for me, from the Anglican Minister at a School who used his power to abuse young children at a School I attended. I told the powers what he had done, but no-one believed. I had also been assaulted by a teacher there, no-one believed. About ten years after I left the school he was convicted of assaulting a Neibhour with a hammer.

  • The Book, The Icon, The Content, What is the Main Element?

I have seen the Bahai's Venerate their principle Holy Book in ways that stunned me, much more than any other group yet. The Koran/Quran Comes a Close Second, with the Way it is treated being almost as much a level of worship as the Bahais. The Sikhs have the Guru Granth Sahib which is a Book venerated in a line of teachers. And The way some ( and I emphasize some) Christians Treat the Bible, it is not the Content, but the Book which is worshipped; for example, one Lady told me that the Book of Daniel and the Book of Revelation were Scarey, and I asked "Have you read them?", she said "No", and asked" How do you know they are scarey", she said with total certainty, "My Friend told me!!!".

And I have come across other Christians who have venerated the Bible without knowing the content, to high degrees.

However, the Bahais were the most Obsessive about careful treatment of the Book, that so many times I half expected them to utter "Klattu Verada Nicktu" when they opened the book..

  • Topamax,Lyrica,Ultram etc?

I am presuming it will be hard to find someone who uses these three as part of there medical regime. Thus far, in Three days, The Topamax, Has been Very Good, The Lyrica still has been Goods, the Ultram has been Good. All of these has been Good.

All of these Are Pain Management . I use Topical Items for Arthritis, early onset arthritis. As well as Hydro-Cortisone for problems with Tissue that is losing its elasticity, not good for a Guitarist, and general musician.

Anyways, I am hoping for any thoughts on Managing these medications since Whilst I am doing well, I am hoping someone else might read this who has had some similar experiences.

    Thanks for your time

  • Combining Lyrica and Topamax?

I have been doing Well with Lyrica at 150 mg dose.

Due to some complications, I have been prescibed Topamax.

As yet it is not Approved by the Insurance Company, since the Stuff is Expensive, and there is some controversy over a refusal to release a generic.

Anyways, has anyone used both of these?

There is technically no conflicts with the meds; and the side effects will actually help me.

But has anyone had problems, successes, issues, with using this ?

  • Lyrica and Fibromyalgia: Has this worked for a long time for you?

I have had a very good experience with Lyrica, however finding an appropriate dose level is hard. Since I have Fibro and also some severe pain at points including the right hemisphere of my skull where a car side vision mirror hit me, I have found that only Codeine takes care of bad pain days for a right hemisphere attack, however Codeine is hard to justify here in the US, but it is over the counter in Australia. I have used ultram and aleve to bridge the pain management gaps. Any tips on how Lyrica has worked for you, and how you coped with other pain issues, specifically for me, it was after I was hit by a Car ( I was a pedestrian) in 1991. I don't know if this whole issue is degenerative for me, but to stop some neurological based tremors, I also use Clonozapam. Any advice would be greatly appreciated

  • Why does defrag Fail?

I really need a tech to help with this. I asked once and got no decent answer. Anyways, the previous question was( and I am editing and adding bits):

I run defrag with an /f switch,as well as with /r switch, and also without the switch ; I also run it from the command prompt. Its not the "Neat Freak" in me, since I know that a 0,0,0 defrag value set is possible ( the majority of the machines I do achieve that); its the one that fail that have me stumped. There is a set of commands like chkntfs or similar, and the command allows defrag to run fine. These extra command appear to unlock some drives. Also, some hardware settings can cause the failure, I just can't figure out how to find which is which.

Totally stumped... I have tried so many permutations. I have been working on several hundred computers over the last few months, and I need to get as much info as possible. Almost all of the PCs are running XP Pro SP2. I really need an answer from someone with a networked PC world...

  • Hard Drive in a Printer?

What exactly does a Hard Drive in a Printer, such as a Mid-range Dell, Xerox, or HP, actually do ? Considering that some of the Mid-range Printers have a CPU, a GIG or more of Memory, and plenty of Buffer space in a Jet_direct card( and so can sometimes have more Computer power than some PCs); What does the Hard Drive do? And, are their security issues with these items, especially since these mid-range printers usually have a web interface ( for example, I have upgraded the firmware on JetDirect Cards, through the IE 6 Browser).
