I have a paper to write on Ethics in my math class... I don't have a clue where to start can u help?

1. Start with an introductory paragraph that states something like this:

In today's world, we need young people who have honesty, integrity and fairness, interest in learning, positive work ethics, willingness to work, reading comprehension, written communication, math and computation skills. And before students graduate from high school, they should be prepared to work in a highly competitive global market not only in terms of having developed their academic skills but most importantly their work ethics.

2. Then, try to identify the work trait that you value most:

Quality of work

Ability to follow instructions

Productivity

Dependability

Honesty

Reliability

Attendance and punctuality

Attitude

Integrity

Enthusiasm

Interpersonal skills

Initiative

3. Discuss what this trait is all about and explain why it is important to you. If possible, cite certain instances in which you were able to show this trait inside the classroom or when you were with your friends.

4. End up with something like:

The labor force will need more highly skilled workers in the future. Schools should prepare students like me with a combination of good academic skills and positive work attitudes and ethics. I know that I am able to learn, but I am now more than willing to cooperate for this lifelong learning process.

Choose "honesty". That seems to be straight forward enough for anyone to write a paper on.

Describe why honesty is important to work ethics and what would happen if someone were dishonest in their work place (i.e. stealing, not punching in for work, leaving the building on work time).
