sweety - i had anorexia and bulimia... tell your parents and get counseling because you are literally killing yourself slowly. i still have digestive problems today (3 years after recovery) because of my EDO. i was down to 111 lbs and i am 5'9... they almost admitted me into an institute. don't do this to yourself. you aren't just hurting yourself - you are hurting your family. there is another reason you are doing this -- not the food. if you need to talk - just e-mail me.

i didn't mean to lecture you --- i just have been through hell and would hate for anyone else to go through that.

and you don't have OCD -- well you might -- but you also have a full blown EDO. i didn't think i did either.

i bet you are losing your hair aren't you? can you see your ribs in your back? do you count the calories in your chewing gum. skip 2 meals a day? hun - I know my **** --

and don't throw up -- thats probably worse than not eating --

Sorry, I know you don't want a lecture. But TOO BAD! First of all, you are going to die pretty soon- no joke. Second, I know how you feel. I used to be a trichotillomaniac, but my friends helped me overcome it. I also used to be anorexic, but now I'm not. Willpower can do everything for you. That, and having good, close friends to tell. It may seem hard, but just hold your breath and let the entire thing out. I wish I had done that in the beginning- now I have the scars, inside and out. Also, get a role model- not like Brittany Spears, or anything, but someone real. It can be a celeb, but one you admire for their personality and originality. Beauty and fashion are two completely different things. The majority of the world is always thinking that high fashion and expensive materials are what makes girls pretty. But it’s not the case, because we’re meant to be unique, not giving off the effect of just getting popped out of a mold. Long flowing blonde hair, tan flawless skin, five feet ten inches of toothpick thin right-off-the-runway looks...that’s not what real beauty is. (The following is an edited quotation of Natalie Lloyd, a Brio Magazine writer): “You and I live in a world where beauty has become a sad plastic imitation of the real thing. Real beauty is a thousand skin tones and languages, different smiles, personalities and hair types. Real beauty doesn’t matter if you’re wearing a frilly skirt and ballet flats or polos and converse. It has nothing to do with your jean size or height. It has everything to do with what God says about you, and He says you’re a star. He says beauty is a heart place, not a physical place, and when He invades that sweet broken heart of yours, it is impossible not to radiate beauty. I hope that you’ll look in the mirror and start to see what He has said and affirmed in your life over and over. You’re not meant to blend. You’re meant to shine like a bright star in the darkest night. You’re meant to be unique and original. In other words, being you is beautiful. In a world full of plastic, I dare you to be beautiful. I dare you to let His love shine from your heart so bright the world can’t help but notice. You were originated in the mind of God; woven and spun into the living, breathing masterpiece you are. Put simply: You are beautiful.” It is my opinion that we were made different, to be different. So say ‘goodbye’ to all those plastic molds. Originality is in. So, remember, it doesn't matter how you look, it's who you are that defines you. And God always cares. I made it through, and what I did is I found a role model, Nick Jonas, and just sort of went 'he's a strong Christian, and also well off, what can I do to be more like that?' and then I put my focus on that instead of what the world thinks of me. And you know what? I like me.

No, America is NOT beautiful. I am ashamed of the GOVT here, and the people in high places here that are killing from within. That is right.... Just shows u this New World Order and the people behind it.... are nothing but Satan. It is very sad that little boy is without food and shelter. Yes, it does break my heart. And our so called leaders here in this country are poisoning us with foods we buy and eat everyday, water we drink, vaccinations we have to take, And it is even sadder when some of us who see what is going on try to tell others and they don't want to accept it or see it.....

ummm why do you want to do that. It is nasty, it dosent make you loose weight it just dosent get nutrients in your body if you truly want to drop a pound or two just exercise 40 minutes a day and eat healthy. Doing that will get you nowhere but the hospital.(p.s. im a size 00 and im that size cause i eat healthy and eat till my body is truly full, not eating enough calories will get your whole stoumach to swell and get big and ugly. You need to eat more then 500 calories a day.)

I used to be bulimic, it was horrible, planning your whole day around what you've eaten, what you will eat, and of course if you overdo it, what you will then "throw up". Doing this makes you feel weak, hungry, irritable, and all you have to show for it is a thinner you. After two years of living with this I said enough is enough, I am not living. You have to decide when enough is enough, I cannot encourage your purging, but I can encourage your stopping. Please take it from me, it feels so much better to just let it go and eat normally again.

You're getting lectures because what you're doing is horrible for your health. It's obviously something you aren't proud of and know is wrong if you're trying to figure out how to do it quieter and faster. Tell whoever it is youre hiding it from and get counseling or die. Plus, guys don't like malnourished chicks with rotten somach acid eaten teeth.

Too bad you dont recognize it as a serious issue. Its unhealthy and you can hurt yourself. I hope that you seek some sort of help so that you dont suffer.

Source(s): Bulimia nervosa, commonly known as bulimia, is an eating disorder. It is a psychological condition in which the subject engages in recurrent binge eating followed by an intentional purging. This purging is done in order to compensate for the excessive intake of the food and to prevent weight gain. Purging typically takes the form of vomiting; inappropriate use of laxatives, enemas, diuretics or other medication; and excessive physical exercise. New research suggests that some sufferers may have a hormonal imbalance of testosterone; however, this research is in its early stages. The word bulimia comes from the the Latin (būlīmia) from the Greek βουλῑμια (boulīmia), ravenous hunger, compounded from βους (bous), ox + λῑμος (līmos), hunger.
