Since it won't be good for a very long time, giving it to a food bank is a bad idea. Give it to relatives, friends or neighbors, or if you work take it there. It's a shame to throw it away. You could always have a dinner party and make up sandwich bags of candy, then give each guest a bag of it. Let them worry about what to do with it.

Maybe bring it into work with you, and leave it out for other people to take. . . .Or send it to a relative. . . Give it to a friend. . .Throwing it away would be wasteful.

I bring mine to work. Everybody loves it. If you have a relative that would appreciate it, get a pretty box and wrap it up and send it. It might make their day.

If it is unopened you can give it to a food bank, people who can't afford to buy Easter candy for their kids will appreciate it : )

Why not take it to a home for seniors. Some of them don't have any family and it sure would make a nice treat for them since they can't get out and treat themselves.
