Who makes the best coney dog in S.E. Mi area?

Although this forum is meant for "dining out" questions, I'd like to ask this question here because of the regional classification of Detroit area, not found in the food and drink classification.

I'm asking about the meat itself, rather than the restaurant who serves it (although, feel free to let me know who makes 'em best, anyway)

Who makes the best natural casing dog?

A) Dearborn http://www.dearborn-sausage.com/catalog/

B) Koegel http://www.koegelmeats.com/

C) Kowalski http://www8.mailordercentral.com/kowalski/

D) Other?

Also, do you like the coney sauce Detroit style (wet) or Flint style (Dry and loose)

Thanks for answering J.J.

    It's Kowalski franks....since David Vienna's aren't available here anymore.

As for the Detroit vs Flint...it's Detroit. One of the kids and I stopped for coneys in Flint one night after a wedding. We were so sick an hour later that we had to pull over for my son, he was sooo sick. Really sad. But the Lafayette coneys are pretty decent and Platos on Ford REALLY good.

The really best coneys in the state, though, still belongs to a tiny place in Bay City called Mr Hotdog. I have no idea what they use, but no one comes close to their coney recipe....awesome coney dogs.
