Go to any Catholic book store and you will find numerous medals of Saints at most every one of them.

St Christopher is protection. especially for travelers. The Cross of St. James is known as the warrior cross. St. James the Greater has a medal that signifies his patronage of arthritis, rheumatoid sufferers, equestrians, soldiers, and pilgrims. St. James is also the patron of laborers. St. James the Greater was a fisherman who was chosen by Jesus to follow him. He was one of the only men to have witnessed most of the miracles of the Lord. St. James the Greater was the first apostle to have been martyred in the name of Christ. His work in Spain led to relics and symbols being used, leading to his patronage of the country. St. James the Lesser was only called as such because he became an Apostle after St. James the Greater. He is a patron of hatmakers, pharmacists and fullers, the two latter use a club, which is what St. James the Lesser was martyred with, subsequently becoming part of his emblem. St. James the Lesser, also known as "James the Just" was an inspiring godly man who became the first Bishop in Jerusalem

Ask your priest. You can get one from him and blessed by him...but remember.. a medallion is an "idle"........ if your putting your faith in anything besides God this is breaking the commandments.
