    I know this sounds dumb, but trim your ends every month for a year, and your hair will get longer faster, because trimming makes the hair healthy. (plus, you avoid nasty split ends!)

    Eat tuna fish (it'll make your hair and finger nails grown fast) and take vitamin A.

    My mom used to tell me to trim your hair when the moon is full.

    they suggest to trim your hair every 3 months....
