What are the side affects of taking chlorophyll internally?

I've heard that taking it internally ( for long periods) can cause the body to depend on it .....basicly overriding the bodies natural ability to self cleanse

    Well, it strengthens the cells and inhibits bacterial growth. Chlorophyll provides stronger blood which helps revitalize the vascular system in the legs, as well as being a rich source of vitamin K - the anti-hemorrhagic vitamin.

    Anything taken too much of for too long will cause damage.
