There's so many great movies with great easter eggs.
I remember the original The Matrix dvd had a ton of them.
My favorite, though, is on the Terminator 2 - Ultimate Edition dvd, in which if you typed in the date of Judgement day, it took you to a completely different cut of the film (and the dvd already had two cuts).

I search for easter eggs on the net.
there are several in Moulin Rouge, mostly just extra interviews.

I'm afraid I haven't found many myself, I usually look on the internet for where to find them. One I liked was on Star Trek III, it was a short featurette about the Klingon 'dog' puppet.

there's 1 on the 1st spiderman dvd when your going thru the menu scroll on james franco harry osbourne and click the spider icon on him and you'll see the cgi spiderman and green goblin do stuff if i remembered correctly

well, there are lots of special features on the Dawn of the Dead (2004) directors cut dvd.
